In this age of constant corporate funeral home buyouts and takeovers, its comforting to know that family owned and operated firms still exist in the Nassau-Queens area. With many other funeral homes in the vicinity being acquired by the largest funeral corporation in the United States – we are NOT one of them! The Meserole Five Towns Funeral Home was founded in 1888 by the Meserole family and stands apart as an independent, family owned and operated business.
In an effort to keep hometown personal service in the community, Inwood resident, David Hance and Oceanside resident Craig Pio purchased the Meserole Five Towns Funeral Home, determined to insure personal attention and care to each family served. This care is given during the most difficult time for any family. We distinguish ourselves with the capacity for understanding and the sincere desire to serve the entire community, regardless of religion, ethnicity, social or economic condition. It is our pledge to the community to offer the most thoughtful, appropriate and affordable service without compromising the integrity of the funeral. We offer a tastefully decorated facility with a warm and peaceful atmosphere and a professionally trained and experienced staff who understands the many circumstances a family faces at the loss of a loved one.
If you've experienced a loss, or are planning in advance, we are here for your each step of the way. Planning a funeral is an emotional and sometimes overwhelming thing and having the right information can make things easier.
